GreatStay Cabins is operated by GreatStay Rental Management, Broken Bow, Oklahoma. These terms cover use of this website and bookings made through it.
Reservations are made on our booking page, which shows the full price (nightly rate, cleaning and other fees, and taxes) before you pay. Booking directly saves you the guest service fees charged on third-party sites. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancel more than 5 days before your arrival date and you get a full refund of everything you paid. Cancel 5 days or less before arrival and the booking is non-refundable. It's all or nothing, with no partial refunds. Refunds go back to the card you booked with. We process them by hand, usually within 5 business days, and your bank may take a few more days to show the money. The policy for your stay is also shown on the booking page before you pay and in your confirmation email.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are allowed only at pet-friendly cabins (Adventus and Blue Night Sky), up to 2 pets, with the pet fee added at checkout. Each cabin page and booking confirmation lists occupancy limits and other rules for that cabin. Guests are responsible for following them and for damage beyond normal wear.
We try to keep photos, amenities and descriptions accurate, but small differences can occur, and some listings are updated as we improve the cabins. If something isn't as described, email us during your stay so we can make it right.
Outdoor features such as hot tubs, decks, fire pits, water and stairs carry inherent risk, and guests use them at their own risk. Please supervise children. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for events outside our control such as weather, utility outages or road closures.
